I served as an interim Design Lead for Glints and managed Gia’s growth and overseen her projects in 2020. Gia has a can-do and positive attitude, it was a delight to work with her. She has shown very fast growth in a short period of time. She is a quick learner, responsive to learning new methods in approaching UI design. She collaborated with me on the information architecture of the brand’s primary website, new features for recruitment screening and Gia was also instrumental in creating a process flow between design and engineering that helped create a system of collaboration that was not present before. I would like to recommend Gia for any projects in relation to systems design, user experience and UI design as I am confident of her skills and attitude in collaboration would be an asset to any company.
Gia is an excellent designer who has dedication to revolve her designs around the user voice. She is a great collaborator in our numerous user studies together.Â

We worked on building a product that needed heavy research, and she always has a keen eye on what to improve in the design based on user patterns; Which was impressive since we conducted cross-language researches. Gia was vital to get the gears going for the product fruition, and a very reliable mission partner!
